The Institute of Business Management & Research (IBMR) was established in 1985 by the Institute of Science, Pune to meet the growing needs of management education and training. The institute, being recognized by the University of Pune not only provides Post Graduation instruction for carious management courses of the University, but also provides research guidance in the field of managerial areas. Within the last 18 years about 3,000 Students have been passed out with Master’s Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Management. Most of them are placed and are holding the high ranking administrative position in different corporate bodies, leading business houses as well as being entrepreneur and have their own industries.
It was functioning in the field of Science and Technology by conducting autonomous courses in Industrial electronics, Industrial Chemistry etc.
At present the Institute of science has diversified its activities in order to meet the changing needs of the society & industry.

M.B.A. : Two years full time Degree Master’s Degree Course in Business Administration.
D.B.M. : Two years part time Post Graduate Diploma Course in Business Management.
D.C.M. : One year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Compute Management.
D.M.M. : One year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Marketing Management.
